1. Purpose of the website

The website presents Codamis, its services and selected projects. Descriptions are provided for information and may change. On their own, they do not constitute a contractual offer, a delivery commitment or a guarantee of results.

2. Inquiries and service agreements

Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not place an order, accept a quote or commit Codamis to undertake a project.

The scope of work, deliverables, prices, taxes, timelines, payment terms, support and rights to deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement. Software subscriptions are governed by their own terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, bypass protections, transmit malicious or unlawful content, send abusive messages or disrupt the website.

Information you submit must be relevant and you must be authorized to share it. Codamis may restrict access or submissions as needed to protect the website.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, trademarks, logos and other website content belong to Codamis Inc. or their respective owners. Viewing them does not transfer ownership rights.

Unless authorized or permitted by law, you may not reproduce or commercially exploit this content. Rights to client project content and deliverables are determined by the relevant project agreement.

Our Privacy policy describes how information submitted through the website is handled. Please avoid sending sensitive information or information about other people that is not needed for your inquiry.

The website may link to Codamis products and external websites or services, including Google Maps. Their respective terms and policies apply. A link does not mean Codamis controls or guarantees all content at its destination.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website accessible. Errors, interruptions or changes may nevertheless occur, including for maintenance or technical reasons. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
